Account — Registration, Login & Verification

Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number (+63), email address, and date of birth. Choose a username and a strong password, then tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox and submit. You'll receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number — enter it and your account is live. The whole thing takes under 3 minutes, and registration is completely free. No deposit is required just to create your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an AGJILI account. This is a hard requirement — AGJILI is strictly an 18+ platform in line with Philippine gaming regulations. You'll be asked to enter your date of birth during registration, and identity verification is required when you request your first withdrawal. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed and any remaining balance refunded to the payment method used for deposits.

No — AGJILI allows one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any bonus balances being forfeited. AGJILI accepts all major Philippine government-issued IDs: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, Postal ID, and the PhilSys National ID. Your document must clearly show your full name and date of birth. A selfie holding the ID may be requested as an additional verification step. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal — you don't need to submit documents just to register or play.

Contact AGJILI support via live chat and request permanent account closure. The team will process your request, withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, and close the account within 24 hours. Note that self-exclusion (available in Account Settings) is a better option if your reason for closing is related to responsible gaming — self-exclusion locks the account but keeps your data and balance safe for when the exclusion period ends.

GCash and Maya peer-to-peer transfers are typically free within their respective apps for standard amounts.

GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant. If your deposit isn't reflected after 5 minutes, first check your GCash or Maya transaction history to confirm the payment was successful on their end. If the deduction shows in your e-wallet but hasn't arrived in your AGJILI account, take a screenshot of the transaction and contact our support team via live chat. Provide your AGJILI username, the deposit amount, the payment method, and the transaction reference number. Most missing deposits are resolved within 30 minutes.

Standard accounts have default daily deposit limits set at levels that satisfy regulatory requirements. You can view your current limits in Account Settings. If you'd like to set your own lower daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit as a responsible gaming measure, you can do so at any time in Account Settings — the lower limit takes effect immediately. Requests to raise limits above the default require a short review and a 24-hour processing window.
Withdrawals — Payouts, Timing & Limits

If you need to withdraw an amount above your current daily limit, contact support to discuss options based on your account standing and verification status.

AGJILI does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your GCash or Maya account. Some bank transfer methods may incur a small interbank fee depending on the specific bank and transfer type — this is a bank-side charge, not an AGJILI fee. GCash and Maya receiving is free.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal: identity verification (KYC) has not been completed — verify your account first; active bonus wagering requirements have not been met — bonus funds must be fully wagered before the associated real-money portion can be withdrawn; your account has a pending security review triggered by unusual activity. If none of these apply and your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and they'll investigate immediately.

For security, AGJILI can only process withdrawals to a payment account registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to someone else's GCash, Maya, or bank account. The name on the receiving account must match the name on your verified AGJILI account. This is a regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud and money laundering. A wagering requirement (sometimes called a turnover or playthrough) is the total amount you need to bet using bonus funds before the bonus can be converted to real withdrawable money. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in bets before the ₱500 becomes withdrawable.
